Annual Report and Accounts

 

Following release on 29 March 2022 of the preliminary results for the year to
31 January 2022, the Company announces that the 2022 Annual Report and
Accounts have been signed by the auditors and following preparation by our
publishers will be available on our website during week commencing 25(th)
April 2022.

 

The Annual report and AGM documents will also be mailed to those shareholders
who still elect to receive documents in hard copy form also during week
commencing 25(th) April 2022.
