Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholding

S&U have been informed today that Richard Coombs, son and a PCA of Graham
Coombs, has today purchased 912 Ordinary shares in the Company. Following this
transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Graham Coombs is 1,636,369
Ordinary Shares.
