S & U PLC ("S&U" or "the Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding 
S&U plc announces that it has received notice that Anthony Coombs, Chairman of the Company, has sold 9,000 ordinary shares, into his personal SIPP and Grevayne SSAS, a party connected to Anthony Coombs and Graham Coombs, Deputy Chairman of the Company.
·      This reduces Anthony Coombs' holdings in the Company (including his personal SIPP) from 1,345,617 ordinary shares to 1,340,342 ordinary shares.
·      This increases the holding of Grevayne Properties Limited and its pension fund, a party connected to Anthony Coombs and Graham Coombs from 298,048 to 303,323.
