S & U PLC ("S&U" or "the Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

S&U plc announces that it has received notice that Grevayne Properties
Limited, a party connected to Anthony Coombs and Graham Coombs, Chairman and
Deputy Chairman of the Company, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in
S&U plc. This increases the holding of Grevayne Properties Limited and its
pension fund from 318,323 to 328,323 ordinary shares in the Company.
