S&U plc announces that it has received notice that Anthony Coombs,
Chairman of the Company, has today sold 15,000 ordinary shares in the market.
This reduces Anthony Coombs' holdings in the Company from 1,277,609 ordinary
shares to 1,262,609 ordinary shares.
