S&U plc (LSE: SUS), the specialist motor and property bridging lender, is
pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier
today, Thursday 25 May 2023, all resolutions were duly passed.

The full AGM voting results have been uploaded to the AGM 2023 section of
S&U's investor website www.suplc.co.uk (http://www.suplc.co.uk/) .

The full text of all the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual
General Meeting 2022, dated 25 April 2023, a copy of which is also available
