Brief: S-Ventures Plc acquires Ohso Chocolate Limited

Feb 17 (Reuters) - S-Ventures PLC  SVEN.NXX , has acquired a
75.1% interest in Ohso Chocolate Limited, through the issue of
3,281,866 ordinary shares, the companies said on Wednesday.
Under the umbrella of S-Ventures, Ohso Chocolate will look to
develop the brand's product range and consider new partnerships,
the companies said. The existing Ohso chocolate team will remain
in place.
