The Company announces that it has received notification on 15 October 2020 from Scott Livingston, the Chief Executive Officer, that he purchased 62,043 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £0.07 per share, on 15 October 2020.

Scott Livingston's total shareholding is now 43,312,043 Ordinary Shares, representing 58.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
