Orderly Market Agreement - Director's Family Dealings

S-Ventures (Aquis Exchange: SVEN), announces that on 16 September 2021, Louisa Livingston (sister of Scott Paul Livingston, Chief Executive Officer), sold 600,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, at an aggregate price of 27p per share, pursuant to an orderly market agreement to satisfy market demand.

Following the above transaction, Scott Livingston's direct beneficial interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains as 47,749,108 representing approximately 42.87% of the issued share capital.  His immediate family hold a further 2,713,694 Ordinary Shares representing 2.44% of the issued share capital.
