The company said on Friday it was seeking the listing of 31.9 million new shares issued from three bond programmes.

Ezentis said on Firday it issued €1.1 million in fully subscribed convertible bonds.

SACYR SCYR.MC, OHLA OHLA.MC, GRUPO SAN JOSE GSJ.MC 
Chile's government has unexpectedly suspended two road construction and concession contracts awarded to privately-held Spanish builder Azvi, raising concerns among international investors and other Spanish infrastructure groups active in the country, including Sacyr, OHLA and Sanjose, Spanish economic newspaper Expansion reported on Monday.

MAPFRE MAP.MC 
Mapfre is restructuring its distribution channels in Italy after weaker first-half results, as losses at its Verti Italia unit widened due to higher reserves linked to deteriorating claims trends and updated compensation tables, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Monday.
