Oct 31 (Reuters) - Safe at Sea AB  SAFES.ST : 
    * Rights issue, which began on Oct. 10 and closed on Oct. 27, amounted to 4.9 million 
Swedish crowns ($542,900.20), but was subscribed to 15.2 million crowns 
    * The board has, because of significant oversubscription, decided to activate overallotment 
option for a further 1 million crowns, which means that the company raises proceeds of 5.9 
million crowns before issue costs 
    * Issue costs are estimated at about 0.3 million crowns
