** Centre Party politician Geir Pollestad said on Monday in
an interview with Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet there would be
revisions to the country's resource tax proposal on salmon
** Pollestad said standardised prices have been taken off
the table and the tax would be based on actual turnover
** Pareto Securities analyst Sander Lie says changes were
expected as several weaknesses and concerns regarding the
current proposal had been highlighted earlier
** "We view this as a clear positive as activity in the
long-term contract market now likely also recovers," Lie adds
** Salmar and Mowi shares touch their highest levels since
