Results of Annual General Meeting and Change of Company Name
 
The Company is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held at 10:30am today, each of the resolutions was duly passed without amendment.
 
Effective immediately, the name of the Company has changed to Sancus Lending Group Limited and the website address for the Company at which the information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 is available has changed to https://www.sancus.com.
 
Trading in the Company's ordinary shares and zero dividend preference ("ZDP") shares under the new name of Sancus Lending Group Limited and the new ticker symbols LEND (in respect of the ordinary shares) and LENZ (in respect of the ZDP shares) is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 12 May 2021. The Company's ISIN (GB00B0CL3P62 in respect of the ordinary shares and GG00BTDYD136 in respect of the ZDP shares) and SEDOL (B0CL3P6 in respect of the ordinary shares and BTDYD13 in respect of the ZDP shares) will remain unchanged. The existing share certificates of the Company will remain valid and will not be replaced.
