Lifting of Suspension of ZDP Shares

 

The Company announces that, following the uploading of its Annual Report to
the NSM (National Storage Mechanism) in the required format, the suspension of
the Company's zero dividend preference shares of no par value ("ZDP Shares")
on the Standard Segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market
of the London Stock Exchange has been lifted with effect from 7:30 a.m. today.
