Sanmina to buy ZT Systems' manufacturing business from AMD in $3 billion deal

May 19 (Reuters) - Sanmina SANM.O said on Monday it has entered into an agreement to acquire the data center infrastructure manufacturing business of ZT Systems from chipmaker AMD AMD.O in a deal valued at about $3 billion.
