    * Says it plans to merge with SANRIOWAVE CO., LTD., which is
engaged in internet game planning business, through stock swap
and cash 
    * Merger effective Oct. 1 
    * Says one share of SANRIOWAVE will be exchanged for 83
shares of
the company (9,960 shares in total)
    * Says it will pay 31.9 million yen to acquire shares of
SANRIOWAVE from co's unit 
    * Says SANRIOWAVE will be dissolved after the merger
