    * Says it will acquire 2.6 million shares of Mahindra Sanyo 
Special Steel Pvt. Ltd., from Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., for 1.46 
billion rupees(2.5 billion yen) 
    * Says it will raise stake in Mahindra Sanyo Special Steel 
Pvt. 
Ltd. to 51 percent from 29 percent
