much as 9.1% to A$0.072, posting their biggest intraday pct gain
since Nov. 26
    ** Stock hits its highest level since Dec. 11; on track for
a second consecutive session of gain, if current trend holds
    ** Graphite explorer gets mining licence for the Sarytogan
graphite deposit from Kazakhstan
    ** More than 540,000 shares change hands by 2344 GMT, vs
30-day average volume of 254,558 shares
    ** Stock had fallen 67% this year, as of last close
