** Shares of Sarytogan  Graphite SGA.AX slump as much as 9.5% to A$0.095,  their lowest level since October 2

** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct loss since November 18

** Graphite explorer says firm commitments received to raise A$1.8 million ($1.17 million) at an issue price of A$0.09 per share

** Offer price at a 14.3% discount to the stock's last close

** Proceeds will be used for Definitive Feasibility Study  for Sarytogan Graphite Project in Kazakhstan, among other purposes

** YTD, stock up 51.5%, including current session's move
