SAS says technical problems hitting ticket bookings (updated)

       OSLO, July 19 (Reuters) - SAS  SAS.ST  is having
technical problems affecting its booking engine, the
Scandinavian airline said on its website on Friday, making it
impossible to book a ticket online. 
    The airline is "fully operational but we are expecting
delays", a SAS spokesperson said.
    Major U.S. airlines ordered ground stops on Friday citing
communications issues while several other carriers, media
companies, banks and telecoms firms around the world also
reported system outages were disrupting their operations.
         Nordic carrier Norwegian Air  NAS.OL , meanwhile, said
it was experiencing little disruption, with its online booking
system functioning as normal.
        "There is one delayed aircraft, a round trip to Berlin,
as of right now. We are not directly affected, but we are paying
very much attention," a Norwegian Air spokesperson said. 
  
        A spokesperson at Finnair  FIA1S.HE  said the Finnish
airline was not affected by the global outage.
