Southern Norway's airspace reopens after shutdown (updated)

       COPENHAGEN, April 25 (Reuters) - Southern Norway's
airspace reopened after it had been shut temporarily earlier in
the day due to a technical error, airports operator Avinor said
on Thursday.
    Significant flight delays were still expected throughout the
day, an Avinor spokesperson said.
