Appointment of Non-Executive Directors

Further to the announcement dated 16 March 2026 the Company confirms that it
has today appointed Nicholas Lee and Patrick Dean as non-executive directors
of the Company.

The following additional information is disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule
6.4.8:

Nicholas Lee is currently a director of Tooru PLC, Mindflair PLC and Huddled
Group PLC and has in the last 5 years been a director of Conduity PLC and
Greencare Capital PLC.
