Update on publication of FY 2024 Audited Annual Report

Following the publication of the Company's unaudited results for the year
ended 31 December 2024 on 6 June 2025, Savannah Energy PLC, the British
independent energy company focused around the delivery of Projects that
Matter, provides the following update in respect of the publication of its FY
2024 annual audited accounts.

Whilst the audit process is significantly advanced, additional time is
required to finalise it.  We therefore now anticipate that the audited annual
accounts will be released no later than during August 2025. As a result of
this delay, and pursuant to the requirements of AIM Rule 19, trading in the
Company's shares will be subject to a temporary suspension from 7:30 a.m. on 1
July 2025 until publication of the 2024 annual audited accounts.

 

The Company can confirm that the trading performance of the business is in
line with previous updates and that the Company is not aware of any issue
which could be expected to result in a further extension to the timeline for
the publication of the audited financial statements to that announced this
morning.

 

The Company will provide further updates as and when appropriate.
