** Shares of Israel-based drug developer SciSparc SPRC.O rise 56.2% to $2.29 premarket

** Co says it has signed a deal to buy patents and intellectual property for endoscopic medical devices, including the MUSE system, from Xylo Technologies

** MUSE is a single-use device for minimally invasive treatment of acid reflux disease - co

** Co says deal expected to close March 8; Xylo to get 19.99% of SciSparc's share capital or pre-funded warrants

** SPRC plans global expansion via distributors in North America, Europe, Latin America - SPRC

** As of last close, stock down ~82% over the past year
