    * Solan Capital AS, a company indirectly controlled by board member Mr. Gunnar Hvammen, has 
on May 20 sold 2,680,006 shares in S.D. Standard Drilling at 1.35 Norwegian crowns/share 
    * Thabo Energy AS, a company indirectly controlled by board member Mr. Gunnar Hvammen, has 
on May 20 sold 4,745,000 shares in S.D. Standard Drilling at 1.35 crowns/share 
    * After this transaction companies directly and/or indirectly controlled by board member Mr. 
Gunnar Hvammen have no shares in S.D. Standard Drilling
