Dec 12(Reuters) - SD Standard Drilling  SDSD.OL : 
    * Said on Friday HRF Marine LLC has been allocated 7.3 mln new shares at subscription price 
of 0.65 Norwegian crown ($0.0768) per new share 
    * HFR Marine's shareholding in SDSD will decrease from 10.31 pct to 5.01 pct of total 
outstanding share capital 
    * HFR Marine will hold 34.3 shares in SDSD
