Appointment of Chairman

 

According to the Company Law, the Articles of Association and relevant
regulations, the Company convened the 26th meeting of its 12th Board of
Directors on April 25, 2024. The meeting reviewed and passed the "Proposal on
the Election of the Company's Chairman of the Board", agreeing to elect Mr.
Guo Xuyuan as the Chairman of the 12th Board of Directors, with a term
consistent with that of the 12th Board of Directors.

 

According to Article 1.8 of the Articles of Association: "The Chairman is the
legal representative of the company." The legal representative of the company
needs to be changed to Mr. Guo Xuyuan. The company will complete the
registration procedures for the change of legal representative as soon as
possible.
