Appointment of General Manager

 

In accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association of SDIC Power
Holdings Co., Ltd., the SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is
pleased to announce that Mr. YU Haimiao has been appointed as the general
manager of the Company.

YU Haimiao, male, aged 49, a holder of master's degree in management, senior
engineer. He successively served as the director of the Engineering Technology
Department, deputy chief engineer, chief engineer and deputy general manager
of Tianjin SDIC Jinneng Electric Power Co.,
Ltd.(天津国投津能发电有限公司), general manager of SDIC Genting
Meizhouwan Electric Power Co., Ltd.(国投云鼎湄洲湾电力有限公司),
and deputy general manager of SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd.
