Italy reported 29,575 COVID-19 related cases on Tuesday,
against 24,878 the day before, the health ministry said, while

Italy is getting ready to send more weapons to Ukraine,
Italy's Defence minister Lorenzo Guerini said on Tuesday after
meeting with EU and NATO partners in Germany.

Italy is considering temporary nationalisation of
Lukoil-owned refinery ISAB as one of its options if sanctions
are imposed on Russian oil, two government sources told Reuters.

TELECOM ITALIA (TIM) TLIT.MI
The board of directors of Telecom Italia's unit FiberCop,
which is partly- owned by U.S. fund KKR KKR.N , has postponed a
decision over a commercial tie-up with rival broadband firm Open
Fiber to speed-up the rollout of fast Internet across remote
areas of the country in order to assess some technical aspects
of the agreement, a source familiar with the matter said.
Fibercop board will meet again on Tuesday to assess the
agreement, the source added.

Fitch Ratings on Tuesday affirmed Atlantia SpA's 10 billion
euro medium-term note programme's senior unsecured rating of
'BB' and Aeroporti di Roma SpA's long-term issuer default rating
of 'BBB-'. The credit rating agency removed the ratings from
rating watch positive. Fitch also affirmed Abertis' 'BBB'
Long-Term IDR. All Outlooks are Negative.
The rating action follows the intention of Atlantia's
controlling shareholder to launch a offer to take the group
private and to use the proceeds from the sale of its Italian
