Secure Trust Bank PLC ("Secure Trust" or the "Company")

Changes in Directors' Details

The Board of Secure Trust announces in compliance with LR 9.6.11 (3) the
appointment of Paul Myers as the Designated Non- Executive Director for
Employee Engagement and Chairman of the Employee Council with effect from 27
October 2022; and the appointment of Finlay Williamson as a member of the
Audit Committee and Consumer Duty Champion also with effect from 27 October
2022.

From 27 October 2022, the Audit Committee will be constituted as follows: Ann
Berresford (Chair), Victoria Stewart and Finlay Williamson.

There are no changes to the membership of any other Board Committee.
