SECURE TRUST BANK PLC

Notification of Dealing (PDMRs and PCAs)

Secure Trust Bank PLC, announces it was notified on 5 September 2022 that
David McCreadie, a Director and PDMR of the Company, purchased on 2 September
2022, 2,019 ordinary shares of 40p each in Secure Trust Bank PLC for a
consideration of £9.85 per share. The Company was also notified on 5
September 2022 by David McCreadie that a person closely associated to him has
purchased, on 2 September 2022, 2,020 Ordinary Shares at a price of £9.8448
per share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange (XLON).

 

Mr McCreadie's shareholding in the Group has increased from 6,808 shares to
8,827 shares as a result of this transaction, which is consistent with his
commitment to build up his shareholding in the Company over time.

The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the
requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
