Secure Trust Bank PLC (the "Company") announces that on 1 November 2023 the
following individuals, each PDMRs of the Company, exercised their respective
options over shares, as per the below, under the 2017 Sharesave Plan ("SAYE")
2020 Grant at an exercise price of 531.2pence over a total of 6,776 ordinary
shares of 40 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"):

John Bevan has sold all of the shares arising from the exercise of his SAYE
