Secure Trust Bank PLC (the "Company") announces that on 6 May 2026 Andrew
Phillips, a PDMR of the Company, has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA"
transaction, sold 1,119 ordinary shares of 40 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £12.82 a share and repurchased 1,112
Ordinary Shares at a price of £12.82 a share. The seven shares not
repurchased were sold to cover the cost of the transaction.
