Dec 22 (Reuters) - Selena FM SA  SELP.WA : 
    * Its China-based unit, Selena Nantong Building Materials 
Co.Ltd, signs a framework agreement with Shanghai Haozheng 
Construction Engineering CO. Ltd 
    * Under the framework agreement, the parties to set up a new 
joint venture company 
    * Shanghai Haozheng Construction Engineering to own 60 
percent in the joint venture firm and Selena's unit the 
remaining 40 percent 
    * The new joint venture company to distribute and sell 
foams, silicones and adhesives in China
