$0.36 premarket — their lowest since May 2018
    ** Company enters into agreements to offer 3.55 mln shares

    ** Purchase price is at a 12.3% discount to stock's Thursday
close
    ** SNES shares, which lost 6% in 2019, down 18.4% this year
as of last close
