    ** SNES starts collaboration with pest-control products
maker Liphatech Inc to develop a non-liquid form of ContraPest -

    ** Both companies will be contributing resources to the

    ** ContraPest has been approved for use in the United States
in a liquid formulation
    ** SNES has gained about 2% this year, as of last close
