    * Says it plans to issue 2022 due yen denominated 
convertible bonds with subscription warrants, worth 10 billion 
yen, with coupon rate of 0 pct 
    * Says issue date on March 28 (London time) 
    * Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Limited will act as main 
underwriter 
    * Says warrants with the convertibles can be exercised 
during the period from April 11, 2017 to March 14, 2022 
    * Bonds maturity date on March 28, 2022(London time) 
    * Proceeds raised will be used as construction fees and 
equipment investment fees
