** Industrial sensor-maker Sensata Technologies's shares
 ST.N  fall 2.63% to $36.81 
    ** Truist cuts price target to $43 from $48 and reiterates
"hold" rating 
    ** Brokerage cites co's quarterly restructuring charges,
below consensus Q4 outlook, and reduced EV charging-related
orders for the PT cut
     ** The new price target represents a ~14% upside to the
stock's last close $37.83
    ** Six of 15 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, nine
rate stock "hold"; median PT is $50
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock had fallen 8.5% YTD
