Dec 26 (Reuters) - The following are the top stories in

    - Signify  LIGHT.AS , formerly known as Philips Lighting,
has been ordered by a German court to recall products allegedly
infringing on patents of South Korea's Seoul Semiconductor
 046890.KQ  for more than seven years.
    - Chinese consumer-electronics specialist Xiaomi  1810.HK  
will join the electric-vehicle charging networks of rivals NIO
 9866.HK , XPeng  9868.HK  and Li Auto  2015.HK , giving its
customers access to tens of thousands of charging stations in
China.
    - Taiwan has blocked Uber Technologies'  UBER.N  planned
$950 million takeover of Foodpanda's local delivery business on
anti-competition concerns.
    - A number of Japan Airlines  9201.T  flights were delayed
following a cyberattack, the carrier said, adding that both
domestic and international flights were affected and that two
dozen domestic flights were delayed by half an hour or more as
of 0200 GMT.
