SEPLAT ENERGY PLC ("SEPLAT ENERGY" OR THE "COMPANY")

ANNOUNCEMENT OF CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE FOR FULL YEAR (FY) 2025 DIVIDEND

Lagos and London - May 15, 2026: Seplat Energy today confirms that the below
currency exchange rate is applicable in determining the FY 2025 final and
special dividend to shareholders that will receive the dividend payment in
Naira (₦).

 

The exchange rate for the Naira amounts payable is the Central Bank of
Nigeria's Nigerian Foreign Exchange Market rate for May 14, 2026.

 

Exchange Rate:

US$1 = ₦ 1,370.89

 

Shareholders should refer to the Company's announcement on February 26, 2026,
