** Servcorp SRV.AX jumps as much as 10.1% to A$7.805, highest since January 9, 2017 ** Co, which provides executive services and virtual offices, upgrades its FY underlying net profit before non-cash impairments and tax (NPBIT) forecast to be A$80 mln-A$84 mln (~$54 mln-$56.58 mln); earlier forecast was A$72 mln-$76 mln ** Says dividend payment not expected to be below 32 AU cents/share in FY26 vs previous forecast of 30 AU cents/share ** SRV gained 38.8% in 2025 ($1 = A$1.4846) (Reporting by Sherin Sunny in Bengaluru) ((Sherin.Sunny@thomsonreuters.com))
