ZURICH/BERLIN, April 28 (Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:
    
    ARCHEGOS CAPITAL
    Archegos Capital Management founder Bill Hwang on Wednesday
was released on bail after pleading not guilty to U.S. criminal
charges over the meltdown of his New York private investment
firm, which left global banks with $10 billion in losses.

    UBS  UBSG.S 
    The group's China country head will step down this month,
Bloomberg reported.
    
    TEMENOS  TEMN.S 
    Tech private equity firm Thoma Bravo has approached banking
