ZURICH/GDANSK, Jan 13 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Tuesday:

UBS UBSG.S

UBS Group's veteran CEO Sergio Ermotti is planning to step down in April 2027, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.

SIKA SIKA.S

The Swiss construction chemicals maker reported a 4.8% drop in full-year sales on Tuesday, hurt by a downturn in China and the strength of the Swiss franc.

NOVARTIS NOVN.S

Novartis will continue to do bolt-on deals and its capital allocation priorities remain unchanged, CEO Vasant Narasimhan said.
