SWISS LIFE SLHN.S

Insurer and asset manager Swiss life reported a higher annual fee result on Friday, citing the very strong performance of Swiss Life Asset Managers.

GALDERMA GROUP GALD.S

The group placed inaugural 500 million euros single tranche eurobond.

SWISS PRIME SITE SPSN.S

The company approved all proposals of the board of directors with a large majority at the annual meeting.

BASILEA PHARMACEUTICA BSLN.S

The company gets USD 2.5 million milestone payment for Cresemba sales in Asia Pacific and China.

VAT GROUP AG VACN.S - JP Morgan cuts target price to CHF 437 from 457

SFS GROUP AG SFSN.S - Berenberg raises target price to CHF 135 from CHF 130
