ZURICH/GDANSK, Nov 1 (Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Friday:

    It is too early to say how high new capital requirements
should be for UBS under regulatory measures being discussed by
authorities, Swiss Finance Minister Karin Keller-Sutter said on
Thursday.

    UBS launches its first tokenized investment fund.    
    
    SFS GROUP AG  SFSN.S  
    SFS Group will acquire Pro Fastening Systems Inc. As Of Nov.
