ZURICH/BERLIN, Oct 15 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Friday:
    
    UBS  UBSG.S 
    UBS is closing its brokerage in Mexico, said three people
familiar with the matter, following in the footsteps of other
large global financial institutions that have opted to leave

    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * Roche Holding AG  ROG.S  said it had entered an agreement
with PathAI for artificial intelligence-based digital pathology
applications for improved patient care.
      The drugmaker also said the Swiss Agency for Therapeutic
Products (Swissmedic) has granted Gavreto temporary approval for
the specific indications.  ROG.S 
    * SFS GROUP AG  SFSN.S  said precision components for a new
generation of electric braking systems with a sales volume of
over 100 million Swiss francs  ($108.39 million)will be produced
at its Heerbrugg site in Switzerland, between 2024-2033.

    * VAT GROUP AG  VACN.S  said third-quarter net sales rose
23% to 229 million Sfr.  VACN.S 
    * BYSTRONIC AG  BYS.S  said order intake grew by 61.3% to
864.3 million Sfr in first nine months of 2021.  BYS.S 
    * Clariant AG  CLN.S  said it had completed the construction
of its first commercial sunliquid cellulosic ethanol plant in
Podari, Romania.  CLN.S 
    * Temenos  TEMN.S  said third-quarter EBIDTA rose slightly
to $108.3 MILLION from $104.2 in the previous year.
      The company said it had proposed the nomination of Cecilia
Hulten, Debbie Forster to its board as non-executive and
independent directors.  TEMN.S 
    * Gurit Holding AG  GUR.S  reported sales of 360.9 million
Sfr in the first nine months of the year.  GUR.S 
    * Relief Therapeutics Holding SA  RLFB.S  announced positive
trial data from a prospective, open label, administratively
controlled trial of Aviptadil.  RLFB.S
