the bell
** Q2 adj. net sales increased 19.7% to $905.6 mln vs.
$756.4 mln a year ago
** Sales driven by a strong response to recently launched
products in the outdoor cooking and beauty categories- SN
** Co sees 2023 adj. net sales increasing between 10% and
12% compared to the prior year
** Expects 2023 adj EPS between $2.85 and $3.02
** Up to last close, SN shares trading flat YTD
