Shawbrook hereby notifies the market that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 2,700,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in Shawbrook (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities.
It is expected that admission will be granted on 9 August 2017 and that trading will commence on 11 August 2017.
The Shares are to be reserved under a block listing and will be issued as follows:
up to 381,840 Shares to satisfy the Shawbrook Group Save As You Earn Plan;
up to 2,304,660 Shares to satisfy the Shawbrook Group Performance Share Plan; and 
up to 13,500 Shares to satisfy the Shawbrook Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan.
When issued, these ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of Shawbrook.
