Cancellation of listing and trading of Shawbrook Shares
Further to the announcement made by Shawbrook on 1 August 2017, Shawbrook today announces that, following applications by Shawbrook, the UK Listing Authority has cancelled the listing of Shawbrook's ordinary shares of 0.01 each ("Shawbrook Shares") on the premium listing segment of the Official List and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the trading of Shawbrook Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) today, 24 August 2017.
