SHAWBROOK GROUP PLC (the Issuer)

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and persons closely associated with them

The Company announces the following PDMR dealings in the ordinary shares of
the Company resulting from the distribution of ordinary shares in the Company
held by Marlin Bidco Limited (in liquidation) to its shareholders on 7 January
2026.
